Is there a trust fund of some sort to guarantee that this money really exists? <br /><br />I could see these places going bankrupt once people age and the skilled nursing facility on site can't meet the demands of the residents.<br /><br />Long term care insurance met a similar fate. The insurance companies sold the policies to people in their fifties. I have attended a seminar at Reata Glen. They already have a long waiting list. It's going to be a beautiful facility with wonderful services.
